Ice sculptures, passed gourmet hors-d’oeuvres, hot chafing dishes, chef stations, and chilled platters from our garde manger are among the many options for your wedding cocktail hour. Premium bars and signature drinks are also part of our extensive offerings.
The patios and gardens are the perfect setting to enjoy the cuisine and company of your guests. Some couples choose a cocktail style event for their entire reception complete with various chef stations and desserts.










The dedicated culinary team develops extensive cocktail menus on a seasonal basis. As a part of the Jersey Fresh program, we use the freshest local ingredients whenever they are in season.
