We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to oversee our inventory management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities related to the efficient handling and tracking of inventory. This includes monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, conducting audits, assessing demand patterns, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory accuracy and control.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control, including planning, organizing, and receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
  • Regularly analyze inventory data to identify stock levels and track product movement. Conduct periodic audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Implement strategies to minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Develop and enforce loss prevention strategies and security protocols
  • Rotate and date merchandise by using the First in First Out Method.
  • Keep the stockrooms/walk-ins clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that the facility is clean, safe and presentable at all times.
  • May need to perform other tasks within the facility as needed.
  • Maintain an exceptionally clean kitchen
  • Adhere to rigorous sanitation procedures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in retail or stocking preferred, but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (Please ask for assistance if above 40 lbs).

Job Summary

Event servers assist in setting, serving, and cleaning at weddings and special events.

Part time to full time positions in a fast paced event venue. Weekend hours are required.

Team members always have advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities (varies with experience/position)

  • Execute event related, set-up, service, and clean-up tasks
  • Execution of daily tasks at direction of event managers
  • Adhere to rigorous safety & sanitation procedures
  • Arrival to shifts on time and in proper uniform
