The Perona Farms Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity.
The estimated fair market value of each ticket purchased is $400.
Therefore, $600 of each ticket purchased is deductible for federal income tax purposes.

Ment’or – Ment’or is a leading nonprofit organization devoted to inspiring culinary excellence in young professionals and preserving the traditions and quality of cuisine in America. The organization is dedicated to making the careers of serious young individuals more meaningful and successful by offering them unique educational opportunities, internships and access to a Culinary Council of established mentors.

Since 1987, there has been United States representation at the Bocuse d’Or World Competition.  In 2008, Chef Paul Bocuse asked Daniel Boulud to develop a structure to provide more support to the US team, particularly for the training period leading up to the global competition. Chef Boulud engaged Thomas Keller and Jérôme Bocuse to form the Board of Directors, of what is now the Foundation.

New Jersey Restaurant Educational Foundation – The New Jersey Restaurant Educational Foundation provides aspiring chefs and entrepreneurs with scholarships, fueling future industry leaders to persue their passion. Our ProStart curriculum, a nationally recognized two-year program for high school students teaches both culinary techniques and important management skills. Graduates of the program are prepared to continue their education at prestigious schools, such as Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University, or to be hired immediately by culinary experts.

Fighting Pretty – Fighting Pretty is a non-profit organization that sends “Pretty Packages” to women of all ages that are battling cancer to help them feel strong, beautiful, sexy and confident during and after cancer treatment.

Camp Nejeda – Camp Nejeda has been providing empowering summer camp and other programs for children with type 1 diabetes and their families since 1958. In addition to providing eight weeks of traditional Summer Sleep- Away camp, Camp Nejeda offers Family Camps, Day Camps, Spring and Fall weekend programs, T1D Adult Weekend, Nurse Education seminars and much more.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society, New Jersey Metro Chapter – The New Jersey Metro Chapter works to improve the quality of life for people affected by MS living in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren County and raise funds for critical MS research. Join the movement toward a world free of MS.

The Perona Farms Foundation’s mission is to support the community in the vision of Mr. & Mrs. Perona and the Avondoglio Family. Perona Farms has been proud to call Northwest New Jersey home for 100 years.
